Do the people you have around you make your life better?

I was on assignment in Malawi and was instantly captivated by this special bond between these girls. I’m generally not a guy who makes friends easily, especially really close friends. So I think that is partly what attracted me to make this image.

Seeing these beautiful young friends smiling, laughing, and being so comfortable in each other’s presence was something special, and deep down, I think friendship like this is something I desire more of.
