Authentic Himalayas

Nepal and it’s people are so beautiful!

A scene like this with the old lady walking through the rice fields is a scene straight out of a movie.

My experiences in Nepal have been so beautiful. Everyone I have met has been friendly, and open to a chat and a photo. I have been 4 or 5 times now, on assignment with @dinadinepal, @johndavidsonco, @uncommonway, and with @mcatt_nepal, photographing a range of things from hand made artisanal crafts to trekking teams high into the Himalayas.

Images like this are really what excites me photographically, a visual story in a single image. A picture, they say is worth a thousand words, and for me this image says more about Nepal then any caption I could write possibly can. So take a few extra seconds today to look at this photograph and if you have been to Nepal, my hope is that it brings back fond memories, if you haven’t, maybe you too can experience a little of this famous and beautiful country.

Great photo, so many to capture like this if we keep our eyes open. Having been to Nepal so many times since marrying my Nepali wife in 1971 we have thousands of images like this. Just shared our experiences of 35 years of visits too https://buddhawalksintoawinebar.blog/2020/08/11/an-englishman-in-nepal/
