Enjoy the Journey

Today we are flying to Minsk, Belarus. I love seeing new places, all though the getting to new places I don’t enjoy so much Travel, especially with kids, even such well behaved kids as mine are being today, is always exhausting.

I guess flying 30,000 feet up in a tin can with wings at 800km/h can make a guy think. Life is a bit like travelling. We often focus on the destination, but the journey to the destination is not the necessary evil.

Often I miss so many opportunities, special times and great people because I am too focused on the final destination. This trip, I’m not going to miss those things – travel wise & in each day & task.

Thanks aeroplane for giving me time to think, and hopefully helping me not miss some great things!
